Terms of Service
The service
Handled routes workplace requests to the person responsible and delivers them in a few batches a day. It is provided by TON Creative Studios AB (org.nr 559029-8450), Västergatan 6D, 352 30 Växjö, Sweden (“we”). By creating a company workspace you accept these terms on behalf of your company; people you invite use Handled under your company’s workspace.
Service availability and pricing
We do not promise a formal uptime level. Features may change with notice inside the product.
The first three active people in a workspace are free. Each additional person and every activated AI agent require a paid seat; AI agents are not included in the three free places. Standard subscriptions renew monthly in the currency and at the amount explicitly confirmed at checkout. Prices exclude VAT unless the checkout states otherwise; applicable tax is shown before payment.
An administrator chooses the paid capacity. Purchased seats continue to renew when unused or when an agent is paused, until an administrator reduces the subscription capacity or cancels it. Removing a person or pausing an agent does not itself reduce the subscription price. Capacity changes show the recurring price and any immediate payment before confirmation. We do not automatically buy additional seats or charge usage overages. Included AI usage is subject to the service’s stated allowances and spending limits.
Pilot companies keep the free service or better price individually agreed with us for the agreed period. These standard pricing terms do not replace those existing commitments.
Your content
Your company owns everything it puts into Handled. Drafts prepared by an AI agent inside your workspace are treated as your company’s content the moment they are created; we claim no ownership of them, and your company is responsible for reviewing and approving them before use. We process all of this only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and DPA. Authorized administrators can export records available to them as JSON from Settings. Attachment metadata is included; file contents require separate authorized downloads. We assist where these tools do not fulfil the agreed return of data. Administrators can ask us to delete the workspace; the closure and individual-erasure periods are set out in the DPA.
Acceptable use
Do not use Handled to break the law, to store content you have no right to store, or to attempt to access other companies’ data. We may suspend a workspace that endangers the service or other customers, and will tell you why.
Accounts
Sign-in links and sessions are personal. Administrators control who is a member, a collaborator, or an administrator of their workspace, and are responsible for those choices. Removing a person keeps your company’s records; the removed person’s access ends.
Liability
During the pilot the service is provided “as is”: to the extent Swedish law allows, we give no warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent Swedish law allows, our liability is limited to the fees your company paid us in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending your use of Handled
You can stop using Handled at any time; export first, then ask us to delete. We may end the pilot programme with 30 days’ notice, in which case we help you export your records.
